Filing a complaint with the KCC:

  • You must file a written complaint in order to start the complaint process;
  • You will be required to disclose who you are and provide contact information;
  • The complaint must be timely, factual and provide specific details such as:
  1. Company name
  2. Complaint details
  3. Trip start point and end point
  4. Times
  5. Supporting documentation such as receipts, manifest, load tickets, time records or pay records;
