BACKGROUND

SCOPE

  1. Develop a clear technical understanding of the impact that H2S and low pressure has/will have on consumers of unprocessed natural gas within the Hugoton field area and investigate alternate means of providing natural gas service to these consumers.
  2. Acquire input from interested parties on the legal, contractual, and public policy aspects that direct supply of natural gas to rural consumers in the Hugoton Field.

DELIVERABLES:

Compile a document with consensus approval of the group that addresses the seven categories listed in team headings.

PURPOSE OF TODAY'S MEETING:

  • Review task force progress to date
  • Review teams' progress to date, (consult emails or handouts).
  • Committee as a whole to provide input with questions on the information presented or additions for the teams to consider.
