Kansas Electric Rate Study

The 2019 Kansas Legislature ordered a study of Kansas electric rates in Substitute for Senate Bill No. 69. The study was done in two parts. The first part was due on January 8, 2020 and the second part on July 1, 2020. Links to both studies appear below.
