KOLAR website issue discovered with ACO-1 Well Completion Forms

We have discovered an issue with the automated process of publishing ACO-1 Well Completion Forms submitted through KOLAR and approved for confidentiality. At the end of the confidentiality period, some of the ACO-1 Well Completion Forms which are published on the KGS website and available to operators on KOLAR website are missing the full perforation information as originally provided. The KCC Conservation Division is working with KGS Computing Services to resolve this issue and to replace ACO-1 forms which have previously been published with the missing information.
