KOLAR website issue discovered with U3C Forms

We have discovered an issue with the automated process of submitting U3C Annual Reports from the file upload process through KOLAR. In some instances, the Q/Q/Q/Q information for the well location is printed in reverse order on the forms which are published on the KGS website and available to operators on KOLAR.

The KCC Conservation Division is working with KGS Computing Services to resolve this issue prior to beginning of the 2019 reporting period.
