Osage County

Wells deeper than 1500 feet and using Alternate I completion shall set a minimum surface casing of 600 feet in T.15S-R.17E; 400 feet in T.14 and 15S-R.15E; 350 feet in T.16, 17 and 18S-R.17E and T.17 and 18S-R.16E; 150 feet in all other areas. All other wells shall use Alternate II rules, Appendix B, Area 3, Eastern Surface Casing order. In all cases, set surface casing through all unconsolidated material plus 20 or more feet into the underlying formation.
